I have been away for a while due to RL things, but I am back now. :)
It will be some time for me to go through my accumulated offlines and catch up with everything from the past six months. This includes MystiTool and product related things, Avendale estate, general SL changes, and most importantly – catching up with friends. :)
I am also catching up with RL things and no longer logging into SL every day for several hours. I suspect it will be a few weeks to a month until I have responded to all (over one thousand) of my offlines.
Regarding MystiTool
Until I am fully caught up with everything, there will be no changes nor updates to MystiTool. I still need to review code and become familiar with everything again before I can resume making changes and improvements. :)
Regarding Avendale
I will be sending a notecard to Avendale community residents with details, but here is a summary. Four out of six sims are 99% vacant (based on meters). I suspect many meters are unpaid due to my absence and uncertainty of the future of the estate, but there is no way for me to know at the moment.
In addition to this, I believe our initial interest in more land during our earliest days has resulted in an estate too large, with many of us spread too thinly across many sims. This is something I have known since last year, but never had an opportunity to address.
Our size has also resulted in much of Avendale being operated as a business, due to the need and stress to keep so many sims occupied for financial stability of the estate.
We will meet this weekend to determine the interest in Avendale as a whole, and discuss the future of the estate. Ideally, I would like to reduce our size to only three sims. Or, at the very least, convert four sims to Openspace or Homstead sims.
Regarding Me
I am not dead yet, and my accounts have not been compromised. I am still very much me. :)
