Method of contact
My current best method of contact is via inworld notecards.
Please describe your issue or inquiry in detail, and I will try my best to respond quickly!
If these things apply to you, including the following is very useful:
- Transaction information. (including full date!)
- Full error log copy/pasted from the script errors window.
- Name and version number of the product you are contacting me about.
If your issue is urgent, please also send me an offline IM in addition to your notecard. I may not have computer access at times, and I cannot read inworld notecards from my phone. :)
Response times
I am not inworld as frequently as I once was, but I do try to respond to inquiries each time I am online. Sometimes I am not inworld for a few days. :)
I typically spend my first few hours of each SL day in customer support, as well as throughout the day as people contact me while I am online. If you see me online, and I have not responded to your notecard yet, please be patient.
If you send me a notecard while I am online, I may be currently engaged in something, but I will respond at the next opportunity!
Site comments
To concentrate all communication to one location and keep my stress levels low, I would prefer to receive inworld notecards instead of checking multiple sources for customer support and feedback. I also cannot allocate time to deal with comment spam. For these reasons, comments are disabled on this site. :)
